Product Guarantee
We Guarantee that all of our products are completely painted and glazed
by hand and each is unique and different. We guarantee that our products
are food safe. They can be used in the dishwasher, microwave, and in a
low heated oven; but to ensure the longevity of your piece you might want
to hand wash it and protect it from extreme temperature variations. Our
product is no different than any other ceramic product on the market as
far as durability and quality... any ceramic piece is subject to crazing (tiny
spider-web cracks) from extreme temperatures either hot or cold; bubbles
in the glaze, slight color variations, etc. That is the beauty of a hand
painted ceramic product, especially over time!

Turn Around Time & Rush Policies
With a hand painted product it is difficult to always guarantee a product
in a specific time period. For an accurate turn around time, please
contact your design consultant and ask what our current "floating due
date." (FYI: Gift Buying seasons such as Mother's Day and Christmas or
due dates average 4-6 weeks, other regular seasons average 2-4 weeks,
but ALWAYS ask before purchasing a gift.
Rush Fees apply and increase by the "day" you need them by. Please
contact your Design Consultant for our Rush Fee schedule.

Return Policy
Our products are personalized and only made when ordered; therefore
we will not refund or exchange your pottery piece. We will correct any
mistake made when painting the plate which often requires reprinting
the piece (if a hand or footprints were incorporated into your design).
Please notify your Design Consultant within 10 days after receiving your
product if any corrections are needed.
